- Develops and implements learning strategies, designs learning courses, career plans, workshops, maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants. - They assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness. Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills are required. - Proven experience a Learning and Development (L&D).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development , Training , or similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (if applicable).
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office Suite.
