Job Description:
- Promote products and provide technical solutions, ensuring strong after-sales support for new and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive additional sales growth.
- Maintain strong and loyal customer relationships through regular visits and service reviews.
- Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with departmental goals to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and report daily sales activity and progress updates.
- Oversee payment collection and ensure proper follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Science in related field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales industry for Elastomer
- Knowledge in Elastomer, Fluoropolymer or Rubber manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage
- Possess a strong analytical mind and desire for success.
- Possess own transportation and required to travel
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 550+)
