Job Description: 

• Support and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service, including coaching and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining service standards and professionally resolving escalated queries and complaints.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Drive sales performance through active selling, product promotion, and upselling, while monitoring KPIs and reporting results to the Store Manager.
• Act as duty manager in the Store Manager’s absence, fostering a positive, energetic, and high-performing store culture.

• Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Previous retail experience, ideally in sportswear, fashion, or footwear.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Passion for sports, fashion, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
