- Support assigned service centers with relevant coaching and mentoring in refrigerator / freezer / washing machine product lines, technician productivity and efficiencies.
- Provide technical reports which include; surveying product quality in field, researching database, performing on-site visits, obtaining samples and researching potential solutions.
- Bachelor's degree Engineering in Electronic/Electrical or equivalent preferred.
- At least 3-5 years' experience working in Appliance Service Technician.
- Being an active learner able to quickly learn new technology and skill as well as implementing in the fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
- Training Skill.
- Participate in the preparation, collection, coordination report to supervisors and those concern.
- Goods communication skills, verbal and written and confidence to present to VIP customer.
- Goods communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai. (if there is, it will be specially considered.)
- Flexible, Self-motivate and result-oriented and a good team player with adaptable to achieve set targets/results.
