หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Main functions of the position:

• Support the marketing and business development teams in coordinating daily

marketing activities and projects

• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system (Zoho One) for accurate

data management and workflow efficiency

• Coordinate and troubleshoot system integrations between Zoho, Google

Workspace, and Microsoft 365

• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations in collaboration

with the Market Analyst

• Assist in digital marketing activities including Content Creator, LinkedIn posts,

newsletters, and website updates

Other functions of the position:

• Support internal IT tasks such as user setup, file sharing, and device access

across Windows and Mac

• Participating in internal and client marketing meetings or workshops

คุณสมบัติ

Key skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information

Technology, or related field.

• At least 1 years’ experience in Marketing or related field. Fresh graduates

encouraged to apply

• Good command of English communication skills (both spoken and written)

• Basic understanding of Zoho, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365

• Interest in marketing automation and digital systems

This would be favorable:

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn

• A “jack-of-all-traits” mindset – able to adapt between roles such as Marketing,

Accounting, or Business Development to assist other departments with smaller

operational tasks when needed
