The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent to support our company's growth
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for all levels and functions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify those with the skills, experience, and values that align with our company culture.
- Source the candidates from all channel including with online, Social Media, LinkedIn, Event or contact with institutions or universities.
- Develop and implement new sourcing channels to expand our talent pool and meet our manpower needs
- Initiate and lead recruitment projects, including participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities.
- Negotiate compensation and benefits packages for new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts and other onboarding documentation.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Evaluate probationary performance of new hires and provide feedback.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights into employee turnover.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing recruitment processes and strategies.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current requirements
