Key Responsibilities
A. BOI Management
- Manage and control all BOI projects, including application for promotion, amendment, and renewal of privileges (machinery, raw materials, spare parts).
- Maintain BOI documentation such as Form BOI.03 / BOI.05, raw material list, machinery list, and privilege utilization records.
- Coordinate with BOI, Customs, and Industrial Estate Authority to ensure full compliance and privilege optimization.
- Handle import and export transactions under BOI privilege (duty exemption / tax benefit).
- Prepare and submit required BOI reports and audit documents on time.
- Conduct internal training for BOI awareness among purchasing and logistics staff.
B. Logistics Management
- Oversee import–export operations, customs clearance, and shipping activities (via sea, air, and land).
- Manage logistics cost, lead time, and supplier delivery performance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers for smooth material flow.
- Monitor warehouse and inventory management to support production continuity and JIT delivery.
- Lead logistics cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Support new model launch by coordinating inbound logistics for imported tooling and equipment.
C. Supply Chain & Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams for raw material flow control and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to OEM customers
- Manage logistics performance dashboards and report KPI achievements to management.
D. Leadership & Team Development
-Supervise BOI and Logistics team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BOI and logistics functions.
- Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture within the team.
