HR Learning and Development Manager
บริษัท แปซิฟิค ครอส ประกันสุขภาพ จำกัด (มหาชน)o Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
o Create training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance employee capabilities.
o Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth and integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management processes.
o Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
o Bachelor’s/Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
o Proven experience as an HR Learning and Development. (Background in Financial or Insurance business is a plus)
o Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Good command of English.
