Sales Executive

- Managing / following up the delivery, production, and inventory to meet customer usage requirements.
- Contacting both manufacturers and potential customers on the phone, per email, and in person frequently.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, proposals and complaints.
- Handling document tasks to support sales activities such as quotation, purchase order, tax invoice, etc.
- Participating internal / external meeting weekly and monthly.
- Developing/maintain good relationship with customers and prospects.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback / market information and preparing periodical sales reports.
- Female, Age not over 28 years.
- Bachelor degree in any filed.
- Preferred experience 1 – 3 years in any industry.
- Good command of spoken and written English , TOIEC 650(Japanese is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
- Good sense of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work with pressure while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
- Have a strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Possess proficient problem solving, decision making skills and have professional maturity.
