LOCATION: Sun Tower, Bangkok

SALARY: 65,000 – 80,000 THB

Key responsibilities:

The Company is launching a new supply chain planning system, where the quality of master data plays a critical role in its success. To support this, we have created a new role—Master Data Steward— responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data. This position will also collaborate closely with multiple data owners to ensure that data quality consistently meets established targets.

• Create and update master data records (Material Master Data, Master Recipe, PV and Resource and Purchasing Master Data) in systems which are SAP ERP and OMP.

• Track the status of product master creation and coordinate with data owners to ensure on-time product launch.

• Review and validate master data requests from internal stakeholders (e.g., IE, Factory Supply, Scheduler, Demand Planner).

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established data governance standards.

• Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to resolve data-related issues.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and migration activities related to master data.

• Maintain proper documentation of data maintenance processes and procedures.

• Train end-users on data submission processes and requirements, if needed.

• Full responsibility for the maintenance of master data (as outlined in key responsibilities) for TH factories (2 sites for both PCH and CHB)

• Work with multiple data owners such as Finance, R&D, Commercial, Marketing, IE, Quality, Planning, etc.)

• Member of the TH Supply Chain Team.

• The scope is set to expand to cover DP master data across ASEAN countries in mid of 2026.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in master data maintenance, primarily using SAP.

• Good understanding of SAP Master Data which are Material Master Data, BoM, Master Recipe, PV, Resource and Purchasing Master Data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skillset.

• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, particularly in the areas of demand and supply planning.

• Skilled in performing data validations, cleansing, and standardization to support business operations and decision-making.

• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

• Prior experience with OMP would be highly beneficial.
