Job Requirement:
• Being the primary person in managing employee relations, fostering positive relationships between management and employees, and recommending initiatives to enhance these relationships.
• Abe to take immediate approach to employee engagement, considering factors such as health & well-being, diversity & inclusion, office environment, and company events.
• Collaborate with HR to cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring employees are engaged and motivated to achieve company goals.
• Regularly update details of Employee Relations and Recognition Program activities on a quarterly and annual basis. Keep track of participant feedback to inform future improvement programs.
• Identify and coordinate outreach, internally and externally, to enable businesses to meet their compliance obligations.
• Participate in training and consultation on employee relations and compliance related topics, policies, and procedures.
• Help prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.
