- Serve as Lead managing a team of 8-10 team members.
- Responsible for the management of overall import sea freight / air freight operations.
- Delegating, coaching, training and closely monitoring team member to ensure existing operation procedures meet objectives.
- Daily solving problems any issues occur in operational process.
- Proactive communication with team member as well as coordinating with internal network, Affiliates and Customers.
- Project implementation and working on process development (SOP).
- Maintain clear and regular communications to the direct reporting lines on issues affecting the office in day to day work.
- Closely monitor on billing process and prepare on the billing report to management team.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5-7 years experiences in import procession of sea freight / air freight with a freight forwarding company.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Lead level.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellence in problem solving and communication skills.
- Attentive to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Experience in CargoWise1 would be advantage.
