Education/Qualification: (Required and preferred education and professional qualification)
1. Bachelor's degree in quality surveying or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience, preferably in retail/catering environment. Experience in regional projects will be an advantage.
3. Able to work independent with good problem-solving skills, good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge and Skills; (Relevant work experiences, functional knowledge, business skills, language abilities and people skills etc. required for the position)
1. Able to manage multiple Projects simultaneously.
2. Capable of controlling programs and budget constraints.
3. Proficient in written and spoken English.
4. Computer literate-word/excel/outlook.
