Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue and growth objectives.
2. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and targeted outreach efforts.
3. Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to promote loyalty, repeat business, and high customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure ongoing improvement.
5. Manage assigned sales territories effectively, ensuring broad market coverage and the maximization of sales potential.
6. Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts, securing favorable terms that enhance profitability.
7. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and key decision-makers.
8. Maintain an accurate and organized customer database to support pipeline management and sales planning.
9. Prepare timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to support management decision-making.
10. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of export, import, and international delivery terms.
2. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with foundational product knowledge.
3. Strong cost-calculation skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
4. Knowledge of packaging requirements, including cartons, labels, and artwork specifications.
