Assistant Procurement Manager

- Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries for timely supply.
- Supervise labeling and printing processes to uphold quality standards.
- Lead and support a small procurement team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and address procurement needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically within the commercial printing, translation, or design industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and practices.
- Age range: Approximately 30 to 35 years.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with one Saturday per month, also 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

- Our team consists of around 300 employees.
- 6 days /week with alternative Saturday
