- To control supplier's management activities for all projects both new model / change concern to supplier's quality
- Ensure seal sample approve, Part Reliability test and incoming reports prepared on time.
- Supplier process audit and quality improvement.
- Responsible for production complaint, coordinate internally-externally when quality problems occur.
- Follow up corrective action with related departments and close the customer complaint time.
- Review and follow up problem about Supplier's quality issue.
- Involve development supplier quality each phase of new model and change management.
- Control supplier to management quality activity (New model and Change) to smooth and meet on target.
- Lead to review corrective action / 8D analysis, follow up and monitor supplier side.
- Control and monitoring supplier performance.
- Support and supervise Team.
