- Present products and services information to the customers.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Provide professional after-sales support to customer
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Explaining the internal process and preparing all the necessary document for customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to maximize business and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop business plan with customers. Ensure sales growth and fair deal of both trade term and profitability.
- Vocational, Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experiences in Sales Representative
- knowledge of MS Office, Power point and Excel.
- Service mind and can-do attitude.
- Good command of English is a must, Chinese speaking will be advantage.
- Can work under pressure well
- Have sales expreince in supermarket, ice cream, frozen foods are advantage.
