หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Verify supplier invoice

• Record account payable in Program

• Prepare payment voucher and supporting document

• Prepare cheque and withholding tax certificate for supplier

• Prepare and verify tax report before submit to Revenue Department

• Prepare account payable report and reconcile with GL

• Prepare account payable report for operation

คุณสมบัติ

• Strong desktop software skills including Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional approach to internal and external clients

• Must be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum of 3 year experience involving AP accounting is preferred.

• Prior experience with SAP is preferred

• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and with the operations personnel.
