• Operate for overall HRM & HRD with all human resource related processes e.g., Recruiting process, Policy Guidance, Employee Relation case handling, Payroll process, Employee compensation welfare & benefits and all related.
• Execute for all employee training program to develop employee proficiency and skill.
• Responsible for all daily HR operation tasks, Time & Attendance, Overtime.
• Prepare for Manpower process related with all hiring and resignation.
• Arrange well-being and company activities and enhance for employee engagement.
• In charge of employee documentary, employee data on SAP and other related.
• Supervise, execute, and monitor overall HR functions, general administration, labor relations.
• Coordinate with Line manager for any assignment.
• Ensure all process of HR function is complying on BDMS Policy.
