Advising and providing practical solutions to the closing (consummation) of the project. Advising solutions to complicated legal issues arising out of contracts. Providing effective contractual risk management and promoting to organization. Managing disputes and lawsuits. Labor issues disputing dissolution as well as manage corporate legal contract.
- Age between 35-45 years.
- BA. or higher in Law.
- Very good command of English speaking, writing, and reading. Only English resumes will be considered.
- Min. 8 years Experience in all legal function areas and in courtroom, specializing either one or all in criminal, civil, bankruptcy, corporate contract, credit & collections law.
- Strong background in corporate English contracts.
- Having license of Attorney and Thai Barrister will be advantageous.
- Strong personality and negotiation, as well as compromise.
- Ability to run MS Office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
