Sales Engineer Manager
บริษัท เมโทรแมชีนเนอรี่ จำกัด- Strategize in project proposals diesel generator, gas generator for customers in all industries where the generator is used.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver orders to end users in timely manner from the beginning to the end of the project.
- Responsible for leading and coaching sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Approaching potential customers who owns vessel, dock yard, high rise building, or other related assets.
- Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Coordinate with Parts Sales & Warehouse, and After Sales Service to complete the hand over products to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- At least 7 years of work experience in the Sales Engineer (Experience in the Generator Sets/Power Systems or Machinery Industry) is preferable plus 3-4 years in a leading team or Sales Engineer Manager.
- Strong knowledge in Sales Performance, Customer Management, Project Management, Bidding/Auction
- Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership, good team player and service mind oriented
- Excellent English (written and verbal communication)
- Knowledge of Sales Engineer Manager responsibilities, systems, and procedures such as sales management, coaching.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of power systems / generator sets business functions such as diesel generator, gas generator, marine engines, locomotive engines, petroleum engines and data center or any related field.Experience in developing and implementing strategic and sales plan or business plans.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability of multi-tasking in a fast-moving working environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Work under pressure with a strong degree of independence
