• Handling overall management full lifecycle of the human resources functions HRM, HRD, Organization Development, HR General Affairs, Reception, Safety
• Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
• Overall monitor Policy, Rules & Regulations and Labor Laws.
• Manage internal communication about HR goals and local business requirements to employees and management level also formulating, Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
• Understand the business unit and strategy to be an important part of decision making.
• Implement global HR strategy to align with employee’s satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management level to advise performance management and organizational capability.
• Provide advice for workforce and organization changes.
• Analyze and drive cultural change and develop talent pipeline.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs based on business strategy.
