Job Summary:The Asst. CRM Manager is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, supporting team operations, sales forecasting, and process improvement to ensure efficient CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and product-related issues professionally.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive service excellence.
Team Support & Management
- Support and guide CRM team members in daily operations.
- Assist in performance monitoring and team capability development.
Sales Forecast & Planning
- Prepare, review, and update sales forecasts in line with business plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and sales trends.
Problem Analysis & Process Improvement
- Identify operational issues and propose corrective actions.
- Improve CRM workflows and service processes.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Prepare sales forecast, monthly summary, and stock-on-hand reports for management and sales teams.
