SOC Engineer (Security Operation Center) at Chiang Mai

• Monitor and ensure service delivery performance meets SLA and contractual requirements.
• Perform real-time monitoring and alerting of cybersecurity events through SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, and other SOC tools.
• Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents, anomalies, and potential threats in line with incident response procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for remediation and preventive measures.
• Maintain and ensure the availability, performance, and readiness of security systems, including log management, firewall rules, and endpoint configurations.
• Operate and provide security services such as log analysis, vulnerability detection, threat hunting, and incident escalation according to operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver effective incident handling, advisory services, and security solutions.
• Prepare and deliver reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or ad-hoc) to ensure transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement of security operations.
  

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree, B.Eng./B.Sc. in Computer, Information, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Have knowledge and understanding of computer systems and network system computer information system.
• Have knowledge of operating systems, server equipment, virtualization systems, backup systems, network systems.
• Have good communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts
