- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Meet and build contacts and clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitching outlining the benefits of Training.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing Course content as per their needs.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the customers
- Bachelor degree with experience in Sales, education/training industry.
- Must be an excellent communicator both in Thai and English with professional writing, speaking & phone skills.
- Good communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills, convincing and client servicing skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
