Recruitment & Selection
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
• Partner with Hirring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Support onboarding coordination in collaboration and relevant stakeholders
Talent Sourcing, University Relations & Headhunter Collaboration
• Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing methods
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to support graduate and early-career hiring pipelines
• Coordinate with external headhunters and recruitment agencies, including briefing, candidate review, and performance monitoring
• Work closely with CPO and VP HR on sourcing strategies, agency usage, and recruitment priorities
Integration into MBK Group Talent Acquisition
• Fully embedded within the HR all BU, contribute to hiring priorities and workforce plans
• Aligns strategy recruitment and activities with MBK Group standards, processes, KPIs, and tools
• Participates in regular functional alignment, review, and calibration meetings with the BU recruitment team
• Contributes to and participates in joint recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Supports consistent recruitment quality, data transparency, and best-practice application across BU
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
• Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline status, and reporting to the VP HR
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and timely candidate experience
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Administration, Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and data in HR systems and the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Thai labor law, BOI requirements, and internal policies
• Analyze and report Candidate Satisfaction / Candidate Experience insights to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
• Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements
