QA Manager

• Supports and acts as advocate for continuous improvement, utilizing TQM, APQP, six sigma techniques, and other quality tools.
• Provides technical expertise in analyzing and solving problems using quality tools.
• Overseeing and coaching the QE, SQE, CQE and IT on their daily activities and provide needed support.
• Provides the needed support in new program qualification.
• Drive the operations for yield and quality improvements.
• Training and developing staffs on the requirements and implementation of ISO and RBA
• Spearhead the audit preparation for both the customer and third party auditors.
• Manage Customers’ expectations and establish strong working relationship with customers and suppliers as well
• Standardize and coordinate BIC(Best-In-Class) practices and processes across all.
• At least 10 years working experience in the manufacturing field particular in the field of Quality.
• Good communication in English skill.
• Familiar / hands-on in APQP, (SPC, PFMEA, PPAP) Failure and Root cause Analysis, 8D and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge in all ISO Qualify is an add advantage.
