Key Responsibilities for Accounting:

Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Additional manager duties as assigned by the director.

Key Responsibilities for Auditing:

Guide and Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews work papers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors.
Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.
Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors, manage project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budget.
Coordinate & work closely with External Audit representative to seek advice and to be on track of any audit legalization updated.
Check and review the posting of the Journal entry by Project accountants - recommend for adjusting if found not proper recorded.

คุณสมบัติ

Male or Female must be at least 30-45 years of age.
Education: Degree in Financial/Accounting or related fields.
7+ years of experience in accounting or audit.
Completed ACCA or CPA is preferable.
Audit Big Four firm’s candidate is preferable.
Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
