- Support the management and business units on all kinds of legal matters including related administrative operations
- Obtain/renew any license or permission required for company's business with maintaining good relationship.
- Draft and review contracts or similar including monitoring and managing all life-cycle of contracts.
- Provide legal advice for the company
- Handle all matters related to PDPA law
- Handle all regulatory affairs, cooperating with related departments of the company.
- Handle corporate legal documents including matters related to board of directors/shareholders meetings.
- Coordinate with legal teams of afflited companies, external legal advisors/law offices when required.
- Follows changes in laws and regulations and advise on how they impact the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. New graduate are welcome.
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Have knowledge in PDPA law
- Great communication skill (English skill is preferable but not mandatory. Other factors are more important)
- Have a clear career/life plan and a desire to work with us for a long time.
- Have a modest, great service-minded but also strong personality.
- Be able to achieve self-growth by himself/herself (learning thorough OJT/external training and from superiors).
- Be able to work under pressure, able to handle many tasks at the same time.
- Willing to be dedicated to any assigned job.

It is devoting the utmost effort to reinforce its product line by accelerating the drive to develop agricultural machinery customized for the local crops, field conditions and work processes.
For neighboring countries of Thailand and other member of ASEAN including Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, KUBOTA holds the mission to accomplish the integrated system of agricultural mechanization from soil making, planting, maintenance to harvesting their main crops such as rice, sugar cane, cassava, maize, etc.
KUBOTA Research & Development Asia is engaged in developing implements and attachments for agricultural machinery and excavators along with developing harvesting machines for the main crops. Through such R&D, Kubota intends to gain its presence in the agricultural machinery business in the region.
