1) Control and oversee statistical process control systems using SPC, Ppk, and Cpk methodologies.
2) Notify relevant departments when controlled parameters are found to be out of control, collaborate in root cause analysis, define corrective and preventive actions, establish them as standards, and monitor implementation results for further process improvement.
3) Handle customer complaints related to quality, quantity, documentation, products, packaging, and raw materials that do not meet customer requirements, including coordinating with related departments to analyze root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and follow up to prevent recurrence.
4) Monitor and audit production processes to identify defects and risks, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and aligned with quality management systems, customer requirements, and company policies.
5) Prepare reports on quality issues in each production area to support departmental problem analysis and improvement activities.
6) Define product inspection criteria and methods to ensure proper and appropriate inspection is consistently applied throughout each process in compliance with company policies.
7) Plan and conduct re-inspections of products in warehouses or returned from external parties to ensure that quality issues are properly controlled and corrective actions are effectively implemented.
8) Coordinate, control, identify issues, and follow up with internal departments to ensure products meet quality requirements and are delivered to customers on time.
9) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and related engineers to review special characteristics (SC points) and prepare PFD, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan (CP), and APQP documentation, as well as compile and submit required documents for PPAP approval prior to mass production.
10) Evaluate and review process risks and implement preventive measures to improve and develop processes, ensuring continuous compliance with quality requirements and quality management systems.
11) Prepare change notices, work with cross-functional teams to assess process and product risks after changes, compile customer-required documentation for change approval, and communicate approved changes to relevant stakeholders
