· Managing & controlling all HR tasks including compensation & benefits, performance management, discipline & regulations and employee relation.
· Managing & controlling all administrative tasks including those relating to company vehicles, products transportation, canteen, gardening, housekeeping, security guard, buildings, uniforms, messaging, office supplies/equipments, etc.
· Assist Director of HR conduct investigations resulting from employee complaints/issues.
· Improving and develop recruitment, hiring, performance appraisal process to be the most effectiveness.
· Responsible for employee communication in order to create better understanding and acceptance.
· Organize employee relation activities and company regulation
· To take care for overall office and operation facilities and utilities.
· Coordinate and maintain excellent relationship with external contact groups including government officer.
· Ensure all service requirements of the office are undertaken.
· Handle the monthly HR and Admin reports and KPI as required by the company.
