1. To maintain and improve HR strategies, policies, and related programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and company regulations.
2. Collaborate with management and regional HR to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives.
3. Manage the full employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
4. Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary, incentives, and employee rewards and disciplinary.
5. Provide guidance and support to operation managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Ensure compliance with Thai Labour laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
7. Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
8. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and cultural integration programs.
9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee wellness programs.
10. Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
11. Manage and provide guidance for labour affairs and ensure compliance with Thai Labour laws
