หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Monitor Aging Accounts: Regularly review the Accounts Receivable aging report to identify and prioritize overdue invoices.
Execute Collections: Proactively contact customers (hospitals and distributors) via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.
Post Payments: Accurately record daily cash receipts, wire transfers, and cheques into the accounting system.
Reconcile Accounts: Verify that payments match the issued invoices and reconcile customer ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and fix billing issues, such as missing Purchase Orders (POs) or invoice errors, that are delaying payment.
Issue Documents: Prepare and send invoices, receipts, tax invoices, and credit memos as required.
Report Status: Provide weekly updates to management regarding collection progress and difficult accounts.
Credit Verification: Assist in checking the credit background of new clients before setting up their accounts.

คุณสมบัติ

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or General Accounting.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or the medical device industry is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Express, Formula).
Tax Knowledge: Understanding of local tax regulations regarding Invoices, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the "3-Way Match" process (PO, Invoice, Credit Note) often used by hospital procurement departments.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate payments professionally and maintain client relationships.
Attributes: High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under deadlines (month-end closing).
