Job Summary
Provide support and monitoring for the infrastructure systems responsible for executing client trading orders, ensuring maximum speed, stability, and security.
Coordinate with specialist teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, in order to ensure a smooth and reliable trading experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the trading system and all related systems to ensure continuous and optimal operation, including: Trading Platform Market Data System, Pricing Engine
- Receive and perform initial investigations of technical issues related to trade execution, client connectivity, and server performance
- Perform preliminary log analysis to identify the root cause of issues, such as price feed delays or abnormal order execution
- Resolve on-site operational issues in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers or Developers when necessary
- Assist the team in system testing activities (UAT / System Testing) for new features or system upgrades in response to market requirements
- Develop or enhance internal tools for monitoring, alerting, and automation
- Continuously monitor system stability during operating hours and promptly address critical technical issues such as system downtime, delayed order execution, or system errors to prevent potential losses
