• Payroll Delivery: Oversee the processing of monthly employee payroll, including complex calculations for multi-national clients.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure absolute accuracy in calculating benefits, deductions, bonuses, and tax filings in strict compliance with Thai labor laws.
• Client Advisory: Act as the point of escalation for complex client inquiries regarding compensation, taxes, and social security.
• Strategic Admin: Liaise with clients to provide superior staff outsourcing and strategic HR advisory.
• Data Privacy: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.

• Standardization: Develop standardized "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for payroll delivery across the RLC Group.
