Product and Service Experience Design
Advanced Info Service PLC. (BP4)1. Service Design for New / Strategic Services
- Coordinate with product owners and key stakeholders to clarify requirements, craft out scenarios of customer journeys, design E2E service design, prepare communication to customers, customer handlings, and FAQs
2. Service Design for Experience Enhancement
- Collect and study data to find insights on Customer Pain Points and top Complaints
- Initiate a new / enhanced E2E service design, based on insight and company direction
- Conduct project feasibility and coordinate with related teams for development
3. Customer Handling
- Review E2E customer handling from incidents caused by network or products / services , with product owner. Plan and prepare readiness of touch points and communication
4. Communication and Wording
- Craft out and review key message, communication, and wording to target customers for related touch points e.g. SMS, eBill, Letters, etc.
- Bachelor or Higher degree in Marketing or related field
- At lease 4 years in Customer Experience field
- Good in Communication both Thai and English
