บริษัท แซตส์ ฟู้ด โซลูชั่นส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด1) Supervise comprehensive administrative function for both office and factory facilities, including building maintenace, cleanliness and operational readiness. Manage guest reception, procurement of stationary and production uniform. Oversee housekeeping, janitorial service, laundry operation and maintenance request.
2) Control and manage office supplies, employee uniforms, production staff workwear, supplies/equipment for Maid & Gardener, business cards, etc., including purchasing, stock control (inventory control), distribution, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3) Process petty cash advances, reimbursements, and expense clearings for work within the HR & GA department.
4) Prepare summarized administrative reports as assigned and submit them according to schedule.
- Male or female, ages between 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in an administrative role, specifically in office management, handing the oversight and procurement of office supplies, guest reception etc.
- Han and passion for service and enjoys communicating with people.
- Possesses strong microsoft office skills.
- Able to communicate in Englist
