Overall Purpose
Executive Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business in Thailand. This would ideally suit an experienced and proven ‘hunter’ from the industry with strong contacts, and has the ability to build relationships, qualify opportunities and progress them through to deployment. He/she must be able to work as part of a team and independently to meet sometimes-challenging deadlines. Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and a drive to succeed.
Key Accountabilities (in order of priority)
Develop, implement, and maintain an overall sales strategy for Thailand.
Identify, nurture and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
Grow sales and profitability in line with overall company targets.
Business development:
Work with BGB and other technology partners to develop business development strategies, value propositions and marketing programs.
Engage with the consultant community in order to get BGB betting positioned in new major projects.
General:
Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
Good listening skills to understand customer pain points and recommend a solution.
Cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Expertly present and demonstrate solutions to prospects and customers.
Give constructive and quantitative information to help in the creation and maintenance of sales material, technical proposals, and pricing schedules.
Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
Conduct contract negotiations with prospective clients.
Ability to use sales and cold calling methodologies to effectively overcome client objections and book prospecting meetings.
Submit reports pertaining to sales activity and potential sale opportunities.
Adherence to OH&S policy and other company procedures.
Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Work closely with management to set an annual sales budget.
Prepare and follow up on the quotation/ proposal submitted.
Drive sales to reach agreed budget.
Report updates on sales pipeline and sales projections with management regularly.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to find potential customers.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Liaise and work closely with software principals on sales budget and product updates.
