Position: Customer Services - China Desk
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to support our sales team. The role includes assisting Sales Agents with lead management, target achievement, CRM record maintenance, and delivering exceptional service.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of customer service experience, strong Chinese skills, proficiency in productivity tools, excellent communication, reporting, and CRM expertise. Independence, teamwork, and meeting deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with Sales Representatives to increase productivity in all aspects of the sales process by engaging with leads, qualifying leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Find sales leads and new property stocks. Record them in an organized manner.

- Being company representative in providing Service to customers to address their concerns, answer questions, share business information and assist them with their needs
- Produce company marketing and Sales information into Chinese language for use with all sales representatives and store/organize in one file
