Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Sales Trainer role.
• Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques, particularly for phone-based sales.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals, providing constructive feedback and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging training sessions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess call performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for call recording, analysis, and training management tools.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Communicative in English
