Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury villa in Koh Samui. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless villa operations, maintain high service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing villa staff and collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day villa operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead and supervise villa staff including housekeeping, gardener, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a warm, attentive, and professional service experience.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes and coordinate guest requests promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for villa operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Report regularly to the Operations Manager on operational performance, staff productivity, maintenance issues, and guest feedback.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Head Office for inventory control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Handle villa expenses and petty cash in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and property policies.
• Support marketing and operations initiatives when required, including property photoshoots, guest reviews, and updates to listing platforms.
