• Identify and target potential clients interested in purchasing properties
• Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agencies to facilitate property sales
• Source potential agencies for partnership and onboarding, negotiating terms and conditions for collaboration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and support throughout the buying process
• Prepare and manage sales agreements, and other documentation for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (training will be provided)
• Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for clients after purchase.
