Legal Executive (The Cubic Fitness Company)

      Cubic Fitness, a rapidly growing fitness brand under the Cubic Group, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to join our expanding team. The role focuses on contract management, business legal support, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across multiple business units and new branch expansions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review, draft, and revise various types of contracts, including:

   - Lease Agreements / Service Agreements

   - Construction Agreements

   - Purchase & Work-for-Hire Agreements

   - Marketing / Influencer Agreements

   - Franchise & Licensing Agreements

   - Joint Venture or Business Collaboration Contracts

2. Handle legal documentation related to new branch openings, such as:

   - Fitness & Spa Business Licenses

   - Healthcare and wellness-related operating licenses

   - Coordination with relevant government authorities

3. Provide legal advice to management and internal departments.

4. Identify and assess legal risks for new projects, partnerships, and business deals.

5. Coordinate with external legal advisors and stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

6. Prepare legal reports and monitor contract and license renewals.

7. Support international expansion projects (if any), including preparing English documents and cross-border coordination.

8. Provide legal guidance on labour law, employment matters, and termination processes, including compliance documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
• Lawyer License (Attorney-at-Law) is an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in contract work, business law, or labour law
• Experience with Lease Agreements, Service Agreements, and Joint Venture Contracts
• Experience handling business operation licenses or new branch registration
• Experience in international business coordination
• Strong ability to draft and review English-language contracts
• Excellent command of English
• Strong negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
