This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives effectively support business and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and Planning
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales initiatives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
- Lead annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance evaluation to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Marketing Execution
- Oversee full-funnel marketing campaigns online, offline, and event based to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of marketing and technical materials such as company profiles, product catalogs, technical datasheets, sales presentations, and tender-related documents.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support key accounts, lead nurturing, tender submissions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Event and Partnership Management
- Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and technical workshops.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external vendors as needed.
- Digital and Data-Driven Marketing
