Job Summary
Shape WiPay product and platform to become the best e-Money solution in Thailand. PO will manage end-to-end product development process by crafting business strategy, set details plan and roadmap, as well as lead the implementation phase. PO will have ownership of product performance, which entails actively monitoring success metrics and making actionable and timely recommendations to achieve business targets.
Job Scope:
• Craft e-Money business strategy that is aligned with WiPay long term vision and objective; identify innovative products, trends, and ways to improve product and platform.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units and technology teams to understand customers’ needs and pain points, shape product and platform vision, and translate the aspiration into executable actions and roadmap.
• Project Management as required on initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within limitations, and actively tracked.
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint.
• Reporting on project progress.
• Perform product owner role of scrum team to ensure complete delivery of work for a Sprint/Release. By ensuring artefacts are complete and ready for development to begin and assisting teams and Scrum Masters for sprint duration. And acting is the Scrum Master in some sprints.
• Facilitation of Stakeholder review meetings.
• Set up and track project progress and timelines; coordinate, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and timely execution
• Creation of project artefacts (business process workflow, customer journey, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use case, Flow charts, PSAP etc), in various formats, for any initiatives related to e-Money.
• Facilitate workshops & stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements and specifications for artefacts & deliverables.
• Support test creation/execution/Management.
• Peer review of any artefacts to ensure no gaps in requirements nor any ambiguity within the artefacts and providing relevant feedback for staff development.
• Provide training to others on new solutions as needed with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• Management of product backlog in terms of elaboration and grooming of items, making sure items are clear and understandable.
• Provide input to estimations on projects based on Business Requirements.
• Provide input and recommendations regarding hardware and capacity of channel systems to ensure future needs are met .
