- Report submission to Social Security Office and provident fund matters on monthly basis.
- On/Offboarding new starters into the system and monitoring the probationary period.
- Preparation of letters and other documentation.
Maintaining employee files and filing.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and support both recruiting and training.
- Create reports for the management team turnover, on/offboarding, interview list, etc.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and
handling correspondence.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
