1.Formulate and optimize process quality management systems and standards to ensure that the production process complies with the quality system and industry norms.

2.Lead process quality control point design, monitor process stability, handle exceptions in a timely manner, and drive continuous improvement.
Process quality control plan, process inspection/sampling records, exception handling and improvement reports.
3.Responsible for technical analysis of process defects and abnormal events, using methods such as 8D, 5Why, and fishbone diagrams to find the root cause and improve it.

4.Participate in the introduction and verification of new processes/new equipment, lead reliability testing, trial production quality verification, and ensure the feasibility of mass production.

5.Promote the implementation of quality tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA and other quality tools in the process to improve process capabilities.

6.Collect and analyze the process defect rate, straight-through rate, DPPM and other indicators, identify trends and propose improvement plans.
