● Take care of the Onboarding Program and Orientation for new employees.
● Conduct weekly meetings with MFEC affiliates.
● Look for pain points of each company to develop and solve together.
● Manage and solve various employee problems together with the HR team to drive culture in the organization.
● Be a staff member for organizing sessions to develop employees' skills in various areas.
● Is the idea and organizer of Employee Engagement activities.
● Analyze data from the evaluation of each activity.
● Design posters and graphics for each activity.
● Carry out various contacts and coordination with employees.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
