- Assist in the development and implementation of digital media projects and initiatives.
- Train end-users on the use of platforms.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT and digital media.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, digital media, or a related field may be preferred, but relevant experience and technical skills are often valued equally.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals
- Familiarity with various digital media platforms and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues for end-users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information and instructions to non-technical users.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the rapidly evolving field of digital media and IT support.
- Meticulous attention to detail when troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the accuracy of multimedia content.
