• Responsible for day-to-day functional HR Department including training & development.
• Design and conduct training need survey, Annual training plan and Budget as business requirements.
• Organize and implement an in-house training, public training, on the job training and development programs to support all departments.
• Monitor and submit all documents to Government Labour, Department of Skill Development.
• Coordinate and evaluate the internship programs.
• Undertake ad-hoc development projects as required.
